We will arrange servers to arrive 30 min before your guests to assist the host in getting the event ready to serve, refresh the tables, get hot water ready, brew teas, clean up as the event progresses, rinse dishes, packing up rentals for return, take out trash, clean tables. For parties of more than 10, we recommend having a second server to assist in making sure the party is flowing nicely.
Our servers are not able to move heavy furniture or go off-site for errands

5 hour minimum for one staff member, gratuity of 20% is recommended (Not included) in payment at the end of the event. Any time the staff is on-site longer than 5 hours, there will be a charge of $50 per hour even if they are there for 15 min after the 5th hour mark.
